About your retreat leaders Kimberlee and
Todd Stedl
Kimberlee
and Todd Stedl are leaders in the fusion of yoga and scuba diving.
They are authors of the book Yoga
for Scuba Divers, which currently has solid five-star user
reviews on Amazon.com. As experts in how yoga can benefit scuba diving,
they have been featured in Dive
Training magazine, NW
Dive News and other publications. They have led several workshops
in the Seattle area that teach yoga for scuba divers.
They teach
divers not only poses and breathing exercises that help divers
with the physical aspects of diving, but also meditation and relaxation
techniques and applied yoga philosophy to help divers with the
psychological
aspects
of diving. In this trip, Todd and Kimberlee will share their knowledge
with you.

Kimberlee and Todd are also co-authors of Yoga
with a Friend, a partner
yoga book. See Kimberlee and Todd talking about their partner yoga
book and demonstrating partner poses in this article
